Our shipments are from Monday to Friday and the preparation and transit times mentioned below refer to business days (not holidays). These deadlines may be altered by a fortuitous incident or force majeure, and surrender for reasons beyond Apricotte's will and management may be delayed.

Additional shipments if they occur would have a cost equal to the initial shipping cost. In cases where the initial shipping cost is free, the cost of each additional shipment will be €4.50. The customer can choose this shipping method or use another of their choice.

 

2. Preparation and Shipping Deadlines

If the order request is received before 13h on business day, the shipment will be made that same day. If the order request is received after 1 p.m. on business day, the shipment will be made the next day, provided it is business day.

Deliveries are made during commercial hours, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., depending on the transportation company, the courier route and the country.

 

3. Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with the confirmation of the purchase and a tracking code of your package, which you can use on the website of our transport company to know the status of the same.

You can also sign in on our website with the username and password with which you placed the order, and access it to know all the details and tracking number of the transport agency.

In case you do not receive your product in the estimated time, please contact our customer service by email help@apricotte.com or Whatsapp on the 661939569 and we will help you resolve the incidence.

 

4. Returns

Users who purchase products through the Website may terminate the contract concluded without having to justify their decision in one 14 calendar days

To exercise this right of withdrawal, the User must notify their decision to Apricotte by sending an email to hello@apricotte.com with order number andindicating in the subject of the email "return.

For free returns on the peninsula, the APRICOTTE team will send you a label via email. As soon as the return label is received, the steps to be followed are simple:

  • Print the label and paste it into the same box that shipped the product by covering the original information or into a box of similar characteristics.
  • Deliver the package to any post office.
On orders outside of Peninsula, returns are not included, the user can use the method that suits him or request to use our rates that are usually similar to shipping.

    The User, regardless of the means he chooses to communicate his decision, must express clearly and unequivocally that it is his intention to withdraw from the purchase contract. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication unequivocally expressing the decision to desist is sent before the corresponding deadline expires.

    In case of withdrawal, Apricotte.com will refund to the User all payments received, shipping costs not included.

    Apricotte.com will reimburse the User using the same method of payment that this one used to realize the initial buy deal. This refund will not generate any additional cost to the User. However, Apricotte.com may withhold such refund until you have received the products or items of purchase.The User may return or ship the products to Apricotte at:

    And it will have to do it without any undue delay and, in any case, at the latest in the course of 14 calendar days from the date in which Apricotte.com was informed about the decision of waiver.

    Important notes

    Purchases of products that are not in perfect condition, having been used, with impaired packaging, without their original packaging or wrapping, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

    Once the return process has been completed, you will receive an email with confirmation.

    Order Return - Defective Product

    The User may return to APRICOTTE, at no cost, any product that presents a manufacturing defect within 30 calendar days from the time it became aware of the lack of conformity of the product to communicate its lack of conformity with them. If this period is exceeded, any damages will be assumed by the User.

    The return of products with manufacturing defects in them will not entail any additional costs for the User.

    To formalize the return, the User must contact APRICOTTE via email: hello@apricotte.com indicating in the subject of the email "return," enclosing a photograph and a detailed list of the defects appreciated in the product (s) you wish to return.

    Once APRICOTTE receives the communication from the User, it will be informed within 2-3 business days if the return of the product is appropriate or not. In case of return, APRICOTTE will indicate to the User the form of collection of the shipment to make the shipment to their offices of the defective product.

    Each product to be returned must be unused, with labels, packaging and original elements. In the event that it is not received in this way, APRICOTTE reserves the right to refuse the refund.

    Once the product has been received and the defects have been verified, APRICOTTE will give the User the option to replace the product with another of identical characteristics. In the event that there is no stock, the User may choose between the return of the amounts paid or request the shipment of another model that chooses similar characteristics.

    The delivery of the new product will take place within the next 3-5 business days from the confirmation to the User of the replacement of the defective product or the shipment of the new one. This new shipment will not entail additional charges for the User.

    If the User decides the contract, APRICOTTE will carry out the return to the User of the full amount paid for the purchase of the defective product (including shipping costs).

    The time limit for the refund of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method that the User would have used when purchasing the product:

    -If the User has made the payment by credit/debit card, we will refund the amount paid within 14 calendar days since the User decided to terminate the contract.

    -If the User has made the payment via PayPal, we will refund the amount paid within 24-48 working hours since the User decided to terminate the contract.
